OUR MISSION
At Men’s Collective Colorado, we believe in empowering men to become the best versions of themselves. Our mission is to create a supportive and transformative community where men can explore their personal growth, find their purpose, and build authentic relationships. We offer a range of services, from group gatherings to one-on-one coaching, all designed to help men navigate life’s challenges with integrity, accountability, and respect.
We recognize that modern men face unique pressures, whether it’s grappling with personal identity, relationships, or career choices. Our collective is built to offer a space for reflection, growth, and connection through our men’s groups, workshops, and personalized coaching services. We’re committed to disrupting the traditional model of men’s work, offering a fresh approach that blends community support with actionable strategies for personal development.
About Me
I’m Patrick McHeyser, the founder of Men’s Collective Colorado. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with men from all walks of life—corporate executives from companies like Nike, Marines, Army Rangers, high school dropouts, ivy leaguers, doctors, addicts in recovery, and more. Each of these experiences has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges men face across various stages of life. Through my background in outdoor leadership, coaching, and mentorship, I’ve helped men gain clarity, build confidence, and take action in ways that align with their true selves. My mission is to bring this experience to Men’s Collective Colorado and create a space where men can find purpose, connection, and growth.
Men’s Collective Colorado was born out of a desire to create a space where men from all walks of life could find meaningful connection, support, and personal growth. As our society evolves, so too do the expectations and pressures men face. We recognized a gap in resources available to men seeking not only community but also the tools to navigate modern challenges with purpose and integrity.
What started as a few conversations about the need for deeper, more authentic men’s groups quickly grew into a movement. From corporate executives to young men struggling to find their path, we saw a need for a place where men could explore who they are and where they’re going without judgment. With that vision in mind, Men’s Collective Colorado was formed—a space that empowers men to take ownership of their lives through connection, introspection, and action.
